The science
A pattern worth assessing: sleep-disordered breathing
Published research reports associations between sleep-disordered breathing and a range of childhood signs. Airway anatomy, nasal obstruction, sleep, oral posture and jaw development may all be considered as part of an assessment.
Signs vary from child to child. Mouth breathing, crowded teeth or snoring do not establish a diagnosis on their own, but a family may choose to discuss a persistent pattern with an appropriately qualified health professional.

How it works
Craniofacial dental care guided by epigenetics
This is not routine general dentistry or conventional tooth-straightening alone. Dr Levi's focus is craniofacial development: how the jaws, dental arches, oral function and airway develop together.
His approach applies principles of craniofacial epigenetics. Prescribed oral appliances and functional support may be used to provide developmental signals intended to stimulate and guide a child's natural jaw-bone and dental-arch growth. The Vivos System is considered only after an individual assessment.
Suitability, expected benefits, alternatives and risks are discussed clinically. The amount and nature of developmental change differ between children and are not guaranteed.
The aim is to support healthy breathing, sleep and development as part of coordinated care.
